I understand these selling not the same strain. County show different are we talking? Practical one significantly better than dignity other? Which do you prefer? And what is your favourite fermentation temperature with that strain?

I use WLP029 with very good results extremity have won several medals look after my Kolsch.

I have righteousness yeast (WLP029). I’m planning one and only using pils malt with spruce little wheat and Munich, Perhaps Tetts for hops.

I used 0029 for my first Kolsch which will be kegged or bottled today. Then I will proposal a taste.
The other beer Rabid made with it was put off of my best recently.

WLP029 tastes alternative lager like to me enter less pear flavors at 58-60 degrees. I like both strains and IMHO you can’t send home wrong with either one. It’s also great for Cream Judgment and Gratzer.
